I tried chiropracty, massage, epidurals, exercise, etc. If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, or whatever it may be, there is a really great read called “Healing Back Pain” by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT “about” anatomy in general. You can google his name – don’t have to buy the book. P.S. I’ve had 2 discectomies in the past – didn’t know better, and…..yeah, it’s a really worthwhile read.

Kevin..my dearest..i didn’t know..back surgery? I saw your short film and was curious. I worked many years in a chiropractic office so i know the pain you have been enduring. You must have a high threshold for it cause it never showed on your happy videos. I hope it works out to your advantage. Take your supplements like Glucosomine with Chondroitin and Calcium with vitamin D(the kind that metabolizes easily)…it helped me a lot after my knee injury.

GL with the surgery. I had the same thing back in 2001 since I have scoliosis. Mine was a little extreme since recovery time was about a year lol. Anyway, it isn’t that bad of a surgery. Enjoy the pain killers you get after. They had me on Oxy for 4 months which was a very interesting experience.
