Canucks’ top defenseman Alex Edler out after back surgery
The Vancouver Canucks announced Thursday that defenseman Alex Edler, who missed Wednesday’s game against the Nashville Predators due to back spasms, will undergo microdiscectomy surgery on his back and is out indefinitely.
