Great instruction! I am a pilates and TRX teacher & I commend you on your knowledge! By any chance do you teach pilates, or do you do pilates? If not, you should…you would be good at it! TRX principles & pilates principles are similar! Any of my pilates students who take TRX are always in excellent form & alignment when doing TRX verses the student who doesn’t do pilates. I highly recommed that TRX students do pilates as well for an overall efficient & safe workout!

@functionalpatterns I did the bridge for 5min today in the morning, two sets of 2:30. Is that it for the whole day or would it be okay for me to do as many as i can throughout the day. Is this an everyday thing as well or should i do this every other day. I understand now that my poor posture will affect my every exercise i do but how do you feel about yoga and running is that okay to do or will it just slow my progress in correcting this?

I dont mean to be blunt but i have really poor postrure and have often felt embarressed and uncoftorable with this. How long should i hold that bridge and when do you think i will se results? One month?

@yoshinagax I would recommend releasing the pecs (minor and major), lats, subscapularis, rhomboids, and traps. i have them on a playlist call “therapy by naudi aguilar”. i cover all of them i believe. i just use a lacrosse ball, han bo and theracane. hope that helps
if it doesn’t just let me know and i’ll put something together for you

Awesome stuff ! Great explanation on the myosin-actin cross-bridging !
What do you suggest for fixing internal shoulder rotation? That seems to be another big problem with many people who work/play with computers for a long time as well as gym goers whos done too much chest work. Thank you !
