How many times per week should this workout be performed?
I am able to do most of the exercises here from home and, after just doing it once yesterday, I’m already starting to feel the GOOD kind of sore in my back. Not in my spine, but the muscles…so I’m curious if I should do this 5 times a week or 3, or..?
Thanks Dan!

Thanks for the …
Thanks for the Question. If you review the comments below I’ve answered this specific question in depth.
In short, Pull Ups are Not bad. The temporary exculsion of this exercise serves to help align the body for the very common internally rotated shoulders and protracted shoulder blades. If you know your standing posture is neutral and normal, there is no need to exclude pull ups.
Good Luck

Thought of another …
Thought of another question: How strict are you supposed to be with the whole “suck your stomach in” thing? I mean, that takes some work, and if you are supposed to breathe in and breathe out which each movement you can’t really keep your stomach in like that.

So…anyone here that’s been doing these for awhile? What’s the progress like? I want to exercise other parts of my body (like I have pain in my mid-back, thoracic area), but if I can get my lower back strong first then I’d rather do that.
