I woke up this morning with pain in my lower back and hips. This is nothing unusual for me. I work at a computer and sitting in a chair has made my life very challenging. I did three sets of these and the pain is gone and I have been sitting comfortably. I will continue to do this easy exercise everytime I fell the pain returning. So far so good.
