@TheLurker101, I would recommend going to PT because just because you see an exercise, doesn’t mean you have the perfect form, and the perfect form is necessary. Just go to PT for a short time and make sure you get the movements down and know exactly what you have to do, then you can just do it at home.

do this shoulder exercise every day in hopes that it will relieve the pain so I can begin lifting again. I’ll let everyone know of my progress within the next month. Hopefully I’ll be back to building soon.

I’m relatively new to bodybuilding. I started into about a year ago. I was uninformed about it so I was lifting far more than I should have.. almost every day. I was mostly curling dumbbells. About 5 months ago I noticed stiffness and pain in my shoulders.. feeling the worst when I awoke in the morning. I took time off of the weights to let the muscles heal to no avail. However, I’ve done the exercises demonstrated here and felt instantaneous relief. Highly recommended! I intend to continue to

thanks for the response; a doctor told me to see a physical therapist, telling me that i have tendonitis. I dont want to pay for anything like that. I figure the PT would merely recommend doing exercises like these anyway. Its probably futile to see a PT if exercises like these are avaialbe to the public over the internet , right?

Yes this helps because the RC muscles keep the shoulder in the socket and this DVD strengthens those muslcles.

At 2:05 it looks asthough he is teaching us to masturbate!
Anyway great video. I rarely see people training their rotator cuff in the gym which is a big mistake if you want healthy shoulders. These exercises can have miraculous results on painful shoulders. I speak from experience.

i had numerous shoulder subluxations (dislocations) on my left shoulder, will this help, I have done many other exercises concerning rotator cuff
