Did you experience a pinched nerve during the 2nd half of your pregnancy? What did you do to alleviate pain?
When I was pregnant (4 months on) I had an upper back pain. It always started right below my shoulder blades, on either side, and it felt like a radiating pain. It happened after 20 minutes of standing up, so groceries or any kind of outing was horrible for me. Sometimes I got the pain depending on what kind of chair I was sitting on. Has anyone experienced this? Was it pinched nerve? What did you do that helped it?
I’m not planning on trying to getting pregnant again until later this year, but I just want to know what I can do to help in case it happens again.
I was seeing a chiropractor at first, but then we moved so I stopped. And I was a little scared of getting adjusted once I got big. I guess I’ll just have to make sure I go to my chiropractor regularly all through out my next pregnancy. Thanks.
Call your chriropractor! I had this problem and he fixed it right away, when your preggers it puts your spine under alot of strain, and i just needed ajustments
not only that but that lady comes in and gives you a massage in the area thats bothering you when hes done, its to die for

I had a similar pain but in my lower back. It was because my body "changed" to accomidate the baby but there is probably not alot that can be done. My pain went away once I had my child. I think it is one of those things that we just have to grin and bear!!

goodness YES. The only thing that helped me was to start sleeping on an air mattress that was half blown up so it would support my body and my belly.. I basically sank into it.
This would rest it overnight and I didnt have as many pains during the day.
