This is absolutely not suggested for a person with back-pin. Never ever try to bend standing up or sitting down, if you have sciatica.

Sciatica is the compression of the sciatic nerve coming out of the L4 or L5 lumbar spinal disc. Its also the degeneration of the joints between the discs.
It happens in heavy falls, heavywieght lifting, car accidents or trauma to the spine.
Surgery is the quick and easy way to releave the pain for ever. But it costs money. And i dont have faith on surgery on the back. Surgery on your spine is very dangerous. A very good effective healthy and natural way, is spinal decompression. Check it out.

i have a sciatica and it is very painfull. u cannot walk u cannot go to mountains for picnic. i am very worry about this. some one told me the treatment is surgery. brother tell me can i do surgery or wht?

People, don´t try to do this exercice because will be increased your pain in your leg due to the presure of the ballon on your sceatic nerve. Be careful with this kind of exercices if you are not sure what is the best exercice. Go to the doc to know what of exercices are recommended of your specific problem.
