I have a pretty severe anterior pelvic tilt and I suffer from sciatica 24/7, for the past 2 years. When it first started it was extremely severe excruciating pain, enough to make me scream and cry tears. My pain is on the left side, but i’d like to know, do I have both a psoas and an iliac on both the left and right sides of my body, or a single psoas and a single iliac in my entire body? I very badly want to correct my APT, it makes my butt and stomach protrude out, what can I do? thank you.
