What is the best treatment for back sciatica pain?
I have bad sciatica pain I believe I got from carrying my baby and breastfeeding in bad positions. What is the best way to treat sciatica?

sciatica is caused by a pressure on the nerve from the back being out of alignment. You can find more in the book on this site. There is also info on how the adrenal glands affect the lower back, have to stop junk food. read the article about adrenal fatigue symptoms.
