I am 11 weeks pregnant, so no anti-inflammatories can be used.

He has pain in his left butt cheek and it cramps up often, usually being worse in the morning. Pain medicine doesn’t seem to make a difference. It doesn’t hurt during certain times such as moving, lifting things, etc. It just constantly hurt very bad. I’ve had x-rays and the doctor said they looked fine, I’ve been taking pain killers, muscle relaxers, and icing my back and they don’t even touch the pain. Is it really possible that there is nothing wrong and it is just my muscles/tendons? Someone please help and/or give some advice, the pain is unbearable.

Today, he is experiencing pain while walking. Is there anything that I can do for him? Is it normal for him to be experiencing pain before he gets better? What else can I expect during the next few weeks?
