Can sitting for a long time cause pinched nerve?

Yesterday I went on a 12 hour plane ride. After the ride I noticed the right side of my lower back (almost my butt, lol) was tingly and numb feeling. It almost feels like it is running down my right leg. A very nagging feeling. I woke up today and it’s been like that ever since. I’ve never had a pinched nerve, does this sound like it? How can I help it? How many days should I give it before I see a doctor?

DRX9000 Spinal Decompression:: Sciatica / Pinched Sciatic Nerve

DRX9000 Spinal Decompression Therapy(offered by Orange County Spinal Decompression – OCSpinalDecompression.com) is highly effective at both alleviating the symptoms of Sciatica AND eliminating the cause of the pain and discomfort! Spinal Decompression gently separates the bones of the spine. This increases the space between the bones of the spine which “un-pinches” the nerves causing the pain. If the Sciatica is caused by a Herniated or Bulging Disc then Spinal Decompression will reduce the bulge which also eliminates pressure on the nerve. Spinal Decompression is safe and highly effective. Our Complete Spinal Rehabilitation Program is Covered by Most Major Insurance Plans. Visit our website at OCSpinalDecompression.com or call (949) 857-1888 to learn more.

What can I do to fix a pinched nerve?

This morning I was going to brush my hair and I brushed and at the same time tilted my head sideways…. Then I heard a crack and the pain came.
