A fancy piece of plastic…NO directions or instruction with this they say you can not return it once opened… How are you surpose to try out product to see if it meets you expectation? Return the product and they make you pay shipment and don’t refund you fully Save yopur money their policies are not going to keep them in business very long

This is a wonderful tool. It reaches the exact spot that needs massaging. I also read a lot about accupressure and found that most of the pressure needs to be pulsing type pressure instead of a long steady pressure. It works for me. Several friends have purchased one and they love it too. Great for anyone who wants to relax muscle tension and relieve aching muscles and trigger points. I’ve even been able to massage places I didn’t even know hurt (tops of my feet for example).

I couldn’t be happier with this. I am able to get to the trigger points on my back & the back of the neck, by myself! You can use as much pressure as you want, move it to exactly where you want it, etc. without sounding like a whining, bossy, complainer, to whoever you normally have help you work those spots out. Using just my hand, I’m never able to get quite enough pressure on those neck spots. With the BBB & Mini-BBB I can get all the pressure I need.
The only problem with it is there are a couple ridges from the mold seam that need to be sanded down with some very fine sandpaper. It’s very minor and you can only tell on the bare skin. I happen to have all I need to fix that problem so no biggie.
If you have trigger point problems, this is a MUST HAVE!

I’ve had the Back Buddy for over a year now, and it’s been totally worth it. I keep it next to my nightstand and do my back and shoulders before stretching and going to sleep. Once you get the hang of it, you can leverage quite a lot of strength and direct it exactly to those hard-to-reach spots. I like a ton of pressure when I get massages, and this is a tool that lets me do that for myself. It’s not a substitute for a really great massage therapist, but for the money, I feel like it’s paid for itself many times over. Combined with a little light yoga stretches, this releases enough tension from my back and shoulders that I actually do sleep better.
I’ve found that I almost exclusively use the single knob in the middle, directed at/around my shoulder blades (with lots of pressure) and even up the side of my neck (with less pressure). I haven’t found the other knobs as useful. The ends of the S don’t let me really dig in, so I basically ignore them. That’s OK by me.
The mini version is pretty useless for me. I even tossed mine when I was moving apartments and getting rid of junk. I feel that the value of the regular-sized BB is in allowing you to grab both ends and DIG (did I mention I really need a lot of pressure for my knots?), and the little one offered zero leverage and was too short to get to the middle of my back where I need it. It might work for others, but not for me. The large one is so much better that I’ve even been tempted to pack it in a suitcase on plane trips, though it IS pretty unwieldy so I haven’t actually done that yet.
