Hi – Thanks for posting, and so glad you are staying cancer-free! Lee says you can do the routines as often as you like, as long as your doctors agree. He suggests not exercises a half-hour before bed (except if you are using our 7 Minutes of Magic: PM Routine), if you have problems falling asleep, as most of our Qi Gong DVDs will relax AND energize you.
You can definitely make your own routines too – create and enjoy!
